PURCHASE AND DELIVERY INFO

1) Please ensure that the correct item in the correct colors/sizes has been placed before proceeding to payment. TheYoungChics will not be able to amend your orders once they have been confirmed and no exchanges will be allowed if wrong colors/sizes are selected.
 
2) Mailing days fall on weekdays. Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded.

3) For general enquiries, kindly email us at tyc.theyoungchics@hotmail.com Do allow us up to 24 hours to respond to enquiry emails.

4) Do kindly refrain from sending multiple emails as it will be mean your mails are pushed up further and it will take us even longer to get back to you. Rest assured we will attend to your emails as soon as we can.

5) All payments will be verified within 12 hours.

6) We accept ibanking, Atm and Cash Deposit.

 

PREORDER T&Cs

1) Arrival dates for apparels usually takes 7 working days or less.
 
2) There may be delays for the preorder items due to unforeseen circumstances during the shipping process or inadequacies on the factorys' side etc. For such circumstances, cancellation of orders/refund of orders are not applicable if the delay is no more than 2 weeks.
 
3) No refunds will be issued once payment for the preorder has been made, regardless of reason.
 
4) The dates of arrival stated are based on estimation.
 
5) In case of insufficient quantity or defects upon backorder items' arrival, a full refund will be made to the customer within 48 hours.
 
6) Slight colour discrepancy for the preorder items and instock items may be present. Do only join the preorder if you are comfortable with it.


SHIPPING INFO

1) All local delivery mails are handled by SingPost unless otherwise stated.
 
2) Local normal postage for apparels and accessories postage charges will be charged at $1.50 for the first item, and additional $0.50 for subsequent items.
 
3) Free registered postage will be provided for local orders amounting to $100 and above.
 
4) Registered postage will be $3.50 for the first item, and additional $0.50 for subsequent items. A tracking number will be available to trace your parcel status in the event you opt for registered postage. Customers can email it for the registered article no. to track their parcel.
 
5) Do note that TheYoungChics will not be liable for any lost parcels in the event that normal postage is opted. Registered postage is highly advised.

6) For all unclaimed parcels by the customers (either normal mail or registered mail) that are sent back to us, the customer needs to top up for postage before we will resend it out again.

PAYMENT INFO

1) We accept Internet Banking (IB) from only POSB, DBS payments.

2) *ATM Transfers and Cash Deposit is available*. (In the event that cash deposits are done and there are extra amounts after paying for item, the excess amount are non refundable.)

3) All required information for internet banking (IB) transfers are: Your IB Initials, Payment Date/Time, Payment amount.

4) An invoice with payment details will be send to your email inbox/junk mail after we received your order. Do reply the email with your payment details.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

1) Please note that exchanges and returns are done on a case to case basis. Exchanges for sizing/colour will strictly not be entertained.

2) In case of item defects, kindly email us at tyc.theyoungchics@gmail.com within 7 working days of receiving the item(s). Email must include snapshots of the area of defect clearly.

3) If the defected item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be sent out together with a stamped envelope for the return of the defective piece. Customers will be required to mail the defected piece out to us within 7 working days. In the event whereby the defected item is out of stock, refunds may be issued.

4) All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact should it come with it. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.

5) Measurements stated may vary 0.5"-0.75" as items are mass produced. Colors shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different tech devices have different colour resolutions. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). In the cases above, no refunds/exchanges will be made.

6) Measurements stated are measured to the best accuracy. Do take note that sizing can only serve as a rough gauge and cannot be taken as a comprehensive guide.


The following reasons will not be considered for exchange/return:
 



1) Personal dislike or change of mind after purchase.
2) Actual item's design/cutting/colour deviates from buyer's personal perception.
3) Slight colour difference resulting from the difference on individual's monitor.
4) Cutting does not suit the customer.
5) Deliberate damage of the item in order to make item eligible for exchange.
6) Minor defects such as loose threads, scratches or slight stains which are unobvious under normal lighting, slight assymetry, slight misalignment of seams, dropping of buttons which can be sewn on, or any reason that are similar in effect. In general, 'defects' that do not affect the general outlook of the apparels when worn will not be considered as defects and hence, are not eligible for exchange/refund.

*Whether item is eligible or 'defected' enough to exchange will be determined based on discretion by TheYoungChics.
